Mr. Osama Jamil is Senior Manager Training and Business partner of Vision Management-JOSFMS. Osama has 10 years of extensive experience in HR, Marketing, Organizational Development and General Administration. He has done his MBA from Roehampton University London-UK with Specialization in Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and International Marketing. He worked for some of the leading organizations in Pakistan including Metro Cash & Carry Pakistan (Metro Group Germany), Agatos Pakistan (Subsidiary of Agatos Singapore) and The City School. Osama is a Certified Learning and Development Professional from Concord Certification Corporation Canada. He has attended various training programs in the fields of Leadership, Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and Leadership Development.

Mr Ahmad Adeel

Mr. Ahmad Adeel is Chief Advisor of Vision Management-JOSFMS. Ahmed has 23 three years of vast experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, Human Resource Management, MIS, Academic QA, IT and General Administration. He worked with some of the leading educational institutions of Pakistan Including The City School Network, SICAS, LACAS Schools System, Stellar School System and Beaconhouse School System. He is the Principal of Stepping Stones School. Mr. Ahmad Adeel is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner from Concord Certification Corporation Canada and ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor.  He has also done his certifications in the fields of MIS (LUMS), School Management and Quality Assurance. Currently he is working as Management Consultant with LACAS School System as well.
